dehydration does not go way after drinking some water. You have to saturate your body with water. You have to drink when you are not thirsty.

Dehydration can cause severe pain in the muscles. I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.

I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day. Realize that exercise, ambient temperature, and state of health affect the water needs of your body. One tip for athletes: it is healthier to drink a sports drink or water than fruit juice, soda, coffee, or milk during competition or active training periods.

You should see your medical doctor as soon as possible.

Sore winners If you win, you must be capable to have fun it in a CIVILIZED process, you do not move round rubbing it in persons's faces (until you win like forty five-two, then I wager you will have rather of a proper to rub it in). Being a sore winner would possibly not get you anyplace; kind of it's going to lessen your credibility and you can lose recognize. Heck, if some thing a sore winner will make their wasting opponent into sore losers honestly, considering that by way of rubbing it into their faces they will best get mad and ticked off and they will end up sore approximately it too.

I would go back to the doctor. It sounds like this is a very severe problem, you could still be dehydrated or it could be something else, either way you need to get to the bottom of the problem. No one here can diagnose you over the internet.
