If you took 30 ibuprofen I'd highly recommend contacting poison control ASAP. Don't rely on answers from this website.
That being said I don't believe 30 ibuprofen would kill you although ironically you might get a headache in the next few days.
Too much of anything will kill you so yes you can overdose on ibuprofen 200.
Again - if you've taken more than two every four hours then contact a doctor!

Yes, any drug can be overdosed, but ibuprofen takes a large amount, 800 mg being a usual dose.

YES! If you swallowed 30 of them you need to get to the emergency room ASAP!

Yeah, get to the hospital. Even if you don't OD, your liver and kidneys might be affected and shut down, and your stomach might start bleeding, which can happen when taking a normal dose as well.

You can overdose on anything. Even Carrotine (Carrots)!

Please talk to a doctor immediately! You are putting your health in severe danger by not, at least consult your school nurse at the VERY LEAST. They will not get mad at you for being cautious if there is no problem, but if there is a problem you need to get help as soon as possible!

No. It will lead you to hyper acidity or even ulcer. Do not consume more and check with doctor.
