No they have not.

Stop making ridiculous claims derogatory of other religions with no factual basis or back up.

You will now no doubt get a long list of the countless acts of horrific brutality committed to this day in the name of Islam. You should start counting them.

My guess would be that you (or the reporter) got the order backwards.

My next question would be "How was it proved?"
Was it based on random sampling or history?

If random sampling:
How big was the sample?
Where was the sample taken?
What standards were used to determine pacifism?

Without documentation to back up the statement, it is just a statement!

Hey, PP, which reputable unbiased organisation carried out that survey? Was it some Wahhabi newspaper in Pakistan?.
Obviously you didn't see the Muslim protests after the Danish Cartoons where there were placards with 'behead', 'jihad'. 'your 9/11' and other, not real peaceful, things for us all to see.

Until we see some proof of this, I'd have to disagree based on having had my family flee Islam in the 1950s.

No link? No proof? Just "proven fact".

You need to brush up on your ability to argue. This post just undermines your idea.

That is a list of the current religious wars. Muslims are involved in nearly all of them. The group they are fighting varies.

INDIA (Newsroom) – Six Christian missionaries participating in a gospel campaign called "Love Ahmedabad" were beaten so savagely in the state of Gujarat last week that one of the men may lose his arms and legs.

Members of the Hyderabad-based Operation Mobilization (OM) were distributing Bibles and religious tracts in Ahmedabad, about five miles from Gandhinagar, the capital of Gujarat, the afternoon of May 5 when they were attacked by members of the Hindu extremist groups Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP). Operation Mobilization ships tons of Christian literature around the country. The assailants also burned copies of the Bible and tracts.

Christian missionaries beaten in public for 'converting' Hindus

Television channels showed Hindu activists kicking and punching the two young priests while dragging them through Maharashtra's Kolhapur town.

News footage showed an activist knee one priest in the groin, making him double up in pain. Another kicked the missionary in the head. The crowd accused the priests of forcibly converting poor Hindus, and handed them over to police.
