depending on the sony or samsung rep that i speak too, but under pressure the sony rep gave in.
YES they are made in the same building ( co-owned by samsung & sony, samsung has 1 more share in this building then sony ).
Each screen is then taken to another part of the plant ( samsung and sony are then seperated.)
The screens are the all the same, but to note twisted comments, the chasisses of the car are the same, but the motor is more powerful in the sony.Hence better reviews.

i could flow with Samsung. the two Sony and Samsung share technologies with one yet another to make their TVs. Samsung is between the few businesses that makes liquid crystal demonstrate monitors for their own TVs and a great style of different television sellers like Sony. Sony Bravia Tvs are frequently extra high priced than Samsung tvs with the comparable good factors. it extremely is attainable to sidestep a modern demonstrate by making use of paying interest to the type numbers on the Samsung television. as an occasion: The samsung 6 sequence tvs had sort numbers 650 and 630 in extremely some sizes. The 650 has a modern demonstrate together as the 630 has a matte demonstrate.

Look at it this way.
Sony TVs always get good reviews. Samsung TVs rarely do.
Why would Samsung make TV screens and sell the best ones to Sony, only to keep the poorer quality ones to be sold by Samsung themselves?
Think about it - the concept just doesn't make sense, does it?
WG - Fair comment, can't disagree with that! Makes a lot more sense now (see link below)

Sony and Samsung co-own a LCD manufacturing facility. They both get their LCD screens from the facility. So they technically make their own LCD screens.
Sort of related, when Sony sold plasma TVs, they bought their screens from Hitachi (I think).
