you can report it to the police... but look at it this way .. its only 1 month,,, for all youknow the owner could be ill .. in hospital have a family emergency...
I could see it being a problem if the car was there with no disc or a disc a year out of date. give the person a break.
How would you like it if you fell on hard times and people reported you for every little thing..

I can't beieve you actually started this question.
THAT IS MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No only joking, but i sure am glad you are not my neighbour. You leave details like that on a public forum - have you never heard tht the web is unsafe? Gosh you must either have never broke the law in your life or just think 1 rule for you and another for everyone else.
DVLA computers automatically fine non taxed vehicle owners. I think they get enough cash from us without people like you.
Your probably just jealous of them, have you not got a car or is your car worth considerably less that your neighbours subarU. Your neighbours may have shite going on in their life right now so forgot, you just don't know what is going on behind closed doors but one thing you can rest on is you wont be invited to any neighbouring barbecues this summer.

You don't need to do anything. The DVLA will have sent out a penalty notice to the registered keeper. Failing that, call a policeman. They will be interested, especially if it is being used regularly. Even if it's not being driven regularly it should be parked off-road and declared SORN. Either way, the keeper is breaking the law.
Shop the bastard ;-)
Oh, unless he works away for months at a time. could be he forgot to SORN it before he went away. (I work away and would be most upset if one of my neighbours got my car towed and crushed while I was away!!)
Hope this helps :-)

The first thing I would do is the take the reg and address off a public Internet site, the second thing to do is go to your local police station and report to the enquiry officer.

Chances are you've solved your own problem by publishing the postcode, address, reg no. & vehicle type. Any unsavoury character in your area that's seen that is probably on their way to you right now, or at the planning stage for when it's dark. Keep your eyes peeled Clouseau!!

phone the local police, they will come with a truck and remove it to the compound. and it has about 4 weeks then it's crushed, if the owner will not pay.
And you should not put the reg on the internet, this is why people "ring" cars. they now have the reg and model of a car to go rob a bank.
NICE ONE..

You should inform the council who will then put a seven day notice on the windscreen and if it is not moved within this time it will be impounded.
