I really like this recitor. His name Is Sheikh Nadir Al Qawalli and the translator is Dr Phelps (abdul Kareem).
I have searched for this recitor but it seems like hardly anybody knows of him.

I'm not Muslim (don't jump yet! I have an excellent source for you below).
