Thousands of key-board warriors that boast to have such vast knowlege of the military, it's policies, regulations, hardware etc...have never even been a member of Boy/Girl Scouts?

I served for over 20 years. It's easy for me to spot the armchair warrior.

I don't know.
I was in the cub scouts.
I had the courage to be the first in my high school to turn in my registration card.
I was too cowardly to volunteer.

Military men and women are my heroes, my wife's heroes, and will be my daughter's heroes. Thank you for the service you have done our country.

I am a democrat and capitalist (not a socialist).
Sorry we lost you. We could use a few well placed votes now a days!

I don't block anyone. I take responsibility to respect their free speech and simply don't read what I am not interested in (respecting my choice).

Keep speaking up.

I ever start giving information that is silly, will you please call me on it? I pick my friends from the people who help me learn.

I admit it - I have never been a Boy Scout (sorry, Baden-Powell), and I AM just an armchair warrior. I do not boast about my knowledge of the military's policies, regulations, or hardware, etc.

Now that you have spotted me, will I be ignored too??

Oh BOY! Is it easy to spot the armchair warriors.

People who sit pretty and comfortable with a shred of protection behind their little computer screens talking about a bunch of stuff they have no relation to or experience with, make me sick to my stomach. Especially when it comes to US Military related questions, and some of the idiotic comments that are posted in response.

It's disheartening to those of us who KNOW what military life is like. Service members and Spouses alike.

I just got out of the military, spent 5 years there and 2 tours to the sandbox. I was in the boy scouts for one day and got kicked out for fighting.

Keyboard Commandos ,armchair warriors and lib politicians trying to determine strategy, tactics and policy.
Their lack of knowledge is shamefull.

But they just keep shooting off their keyboards.

I've got over 200 people in my ignore box. Of course, I post to several boards.

some people just don't have a life and choose to inflict there options onto other people. Which is fair enough but i wish they would back what they are saying with facts..

Because the boy scouts are not a military affiliated organization. It was started by a British pedophile that likes to see naked boys.

I ignore none of them. Just because you ignore them, doens't make them go away. What I do is report them, have their question/answer removed, and move on.
