the hlaughable evidence you supply is based on a claim that a god "denoted them as chosen" hahahaah thats the evidence? nuts walk around psych wards with full literal bibles they wrote....so that stunt can be pulled off by a dedicated psycho. makes as much sense as me saying God gave me Manhattan 1000 years ago...please..get a grip on adulthood.

The Jews always desired a God that would prefer them to all others among mankind instead of realizing God wanted to choose them as a blessing to all of mankind.
Therefore the Jews would not hesitate to corrupt others with the view of preserving the chosen status by being the more obediant amongst mankind.
This exclusive "God" was even made out to reject the first son of Abraham (Ishmael) and only accept Isaac out of some petty excuse and story which was injected into the Old Testament.
Thankfully God does not subscribe to their wishes and desires.

Yes. God's chosen people are the Jews. God's chosen place is Jerusalem. There is another group known as "the elect" who are a chosen few of the Jews (and some gentiles).
You should differentiate between that which is propaganda and that which is reality.
There is substantive evidence in the historical, geological, and archaeological records for the presence of God.

God chose Abraham and his descendants to be an example to the rest of the world.
They were to be an example of what it is like to obey God and how God blesses them. But Israel often disobeyed the word of God and so they were an example of what God does to sinners.
Today, those who choose to accept Jesus as their savior have chosen God and are in line for God's blessings, while those who reject Jesus chose Hell over Heaven.

St. Francis of Assisi - "Preach the Gospel at all times, and if necessary, use words."
We are all chosen, all are called, all choose to answer the call. So, no one is inferior in that respect.

the funny part is that it does *not* actually imply that.
all it is, is that this group was CHOSEN from the many, to receive this information.
that is all.
someone else getting something does not neccesarily have a darned thing to do with you.
insecure much?

I hate the idea that most imply that God has favorites. How can someone so perfect be accused of something so negative (man made)?

The chosen ones (Prophets) are humans but they are better than us because they are protected from blasphemy, major sins and small abject sins before and after Prophethood.
