My grandmother does that all the time whenever milk goes on sale, so yeah, it can be done and it's safe. She generally won't get more than a month's supply, though. So it's not a good idea to freeze milk and then thaw it after a year or so. But just a month should be fine.

100% yes . I freeze it straight in the milk container itself . And even for a treat add some chocolate topping or strawberry or caramel mix with the milk and freeze them great lil treat for the kids to ;o)

Yes it can , but it separates and it does not taste the same. It gets very watery. It is not recommended for freezing.

yea i have done it before.
i used gladware containers to keep it in. mark the date on it if you want- i used mine up within a month of freezing
