It's possible there could be a reason for the dream.

I only say this because when I was married, when ever I would be sick I would have night mares and it was always the same one. I was being chased by a monster. My marriage wasn't really great.

I finally figured out that it was my husband chasing me in my nightmares, he was trying to kill me in them. Once I faced the fact that it was him, the nightmares stopped. I never had the nightmare after that. I guess I faced the fact that I felt like he was killing the part of me that makes me who I am.

I ended up divorcing him later.
So Yes, I believe that our dreams can hold meaning for us, that we often attempt to tell our selves things in them. They may tell us the things that we don't want to face when we are awake.

Sometimes this happens with me too, or even more so, a continuation from the last version of the dream. Dreams sometimes are what goes on in our minds to defrag them from what's going on in the rest of our lives. The same types of thoughts and body issues go on each time one is ill or tired. So it makes sense that when one's down or under the weather, a dream will be like other dreams one's had.

Yeah, the specific dream is his spirit's way of telling him what at the root of his sickness.

One have to cancel such dream with prayer and fasting. Is always ocuring to people like that. e.g. when i dream that I am pregnant I always fall sick. I prayed against such dream i never fell sick again and such dream did not occur anymore
