Cool can't really be defined. But it's a little bit of the following:
1. Knowing yourself and being comfortable with who you are.
2. Respecting people.
3. Knowing what to say, how to say it, and when to say it.
4. Knowing how to dress
5. Knowing how to work hard and play hard
Fake cool seems to have the following traits. Younger people fall for it, but it's really the opposite of cool.
1. Being a loud mouth
2. Being a smart-***/wanna-be comedian
3. Always asserting yourself at the expense of others / Drawing attention to yourself to fill an emptiness in your life.
4. Flaunting wealth
5. Criticizing things or people
Of course, trying to be cool isn't all that great because you end up thinking about it more than you need to. Best to spend time focusing more on how to live life. If you end up being cool just doing what you need to do anyway, great. Even if not, at the least, being considered cool by others won't matter to you, so you win out either way.

Every person has a different definition for "cool". Some mean your style, some mean your attitude, some mean both.
If I say that someone is cool I mean their attitude, but I know people who would be referring to someone's style.

Forget the deity, whose mere existence is virtually impossible to tangibly prove OR disprove. The idea of tens of millions of people all fully swallowing the fables and tales of a millennia-old book (which was never meant to be taken 100% literally, in the first place) as fact without even once ever questioning any part of it is what's beyond MY comprehension...

When your cool as a person no matter what you wear you will look cool. But on the other hand dressing cool will not give you a cool personality.
