Real Gos has no personal name.
Different nations call him with different names.
Muslims call him Allah (Ilahi) means the creator of universe and worthy of worship. Muslim also use other 99 names for Allah which define different attributes of the al-Mighty Allah (God).
Isrealites call him Yahweh (YHWH) means to become or he who causes to become.
Christians call him God in English. This word was famous in Europe for their immaginary Gods but Jesus christ called him Elleh (illeh) which sounds in Arabic as Allah.
Muslim do not prefer to call him God to avoid the plural nature of this word. The word God can be changed as Gods, Father God, Mother God or Goddess but it can be used untill it is pluralized.

I don't think He needs one unless he talks to Himself and if we called Him by his first name, I think it would be cheeky.
