I think the way to figure this one out, young 'uns, is go to the beach and look at old people with tattoos.

I would hope that in 30 years time i will be happy and confident in my body so whether or not other people find it sexy will be a non issue. And i have seen some pretty good looking women in their 50's with a tattoo in the hotel i work in, and they still flaunt it. And if the rest of me still looks great, well, the tattoo will do the same thing then as it does now, make me feel sexy.

Not all of who have tattoos got them to be sexy. And quite frankly I will be happy with my tattoos in 30, 40, or 50 years from now because they have meaning to me. There was a reason behind everyone of my tattoos on my body and why they are where they are. They look good, but they weren't gotten to be sexy, there are other ways to do that.

Good grief. I suppose to some people, since I'm about to turn 40 that makes me old already.
I didn't get my tattoos to be sexy. But your question assumes that when you are an older age you can't be sexy any longer....tattooed or not, to me that is a state of mind and also how you take care of yourself and carey yourself. Not having tattoos at an older age doesn't make you any more sexy than having tattoos.
The only person's opinion I care about regarding my tattoos any way is my husbands.

I dont think you should care. If you want a tattoo so much, that should be a price you pay. Also, it wont nessicarily be all "saggy & wrinkly" like everyones saying. Tattooes arent always there for a "sexy" image. They almost 90% have meaning behind each one. And from now I'll be in my mid-thirties so, yeah I'll find it awsome then still!

Tattoos are not about being sexy. What other people think of them isn't at all important, though it's still best to be able to cover them in formal situations.

Tattoos are about self-expression; they're very personal. My tattoos were all carefully chosen, well thought-out, and are very significant to me.

i don't think my tattoos right now are sexy. people who get tattoos strictly for the sex appeal are getting them for the wrong reasons and will likely be disappointed with them before 30 years have passed. i plan on loving my art for the entirety of my life. each of my tattoos is meaningful to me in some way that will stay with me for the duration of my life.

what makes you think that people get tattoos to be sexy? Most tattoos people get are meaningful. If someone is secure enough to get a tattoo, they do not care what other people think about it, I sure don't.

My tattoo is not going to be there to be "sexy", it is something that tells of my particular faith. And I don't see that being something that's going to change. So, it doesn't matter.

Depends on what tattoo you get and where... did u see that mind of mencia (if you watch it) where he said a girl could get a unicorn and 30 years later look like a retarded giraffe or a butterfly look like a pterodactyl lol
