My girl is very funny.. I was wondering if anyone else's cat is the same.. My cat 'talks' a lot as it is, I say her name, she looks at me and meows... What I think is funny/cute, is that she'll be in a room, she'll look around, then walk off while complaining.. she does this little low grunting noise.. My boyfriend and I call her Ms. Complaints. Anyone else have a noisy cat?

oh, i can have straight up two way conversations with my cat. and she does this silly grunt whenever she jumps down from a high spot. my mom calls her fat mouth.

I had a cat that seemed to carry on a running conversation with herself. Maybe she was complaining about us stupid humans. Other than that she was a wonderful cat. Funny, though, because whenever I'd talk to her she'd talk back. I'd give her a slow blink and she'd do it back. I understand that's a cat's form of affection. She'd also "bonk" her head into mine at every opportunity. She was a fun cat, though. Lots of personality (or purrrrsonality).

We have a Burmese and he "talks" constantly... if he can't catch his prey he will make little clucky noises... to tell me his is hungry he whines and cries, to play I get a meow, purrs for cuddles and he hisses at the dog, even though they are on friendly terms, he just likes to remind everyone that he is the boss...

Cats are so much fun aren't they? My older cat talks all the time, too. The young one just looks at him like he is nuts. My young kitten meows so much sometimes he can't meow anymore--we like to say his meower is broke.

I have a cat who says (really, I'm serious) "Mommy" when he sees me.
