Depends. Some men are natural flirts (flirts to all women). Some men simply want the ones they like.

As for me, it depends on the situation cause some men flirt because women shows first motives. Men have an instinct that if that girl or women show an interest on him they will not turn it down because men think that nothing will lost with him.

some guys flirt with all women - in their heads its because all women want them. Most guys only flirt with women the have some attraction toward. The mentality is - why wast your time flirting with someone you're not attracted too?

Basically men do flirt a lot... but they only flirt because they are attracted or they like someone ( women) who caught their attention, let's say they are physically attractive, they are hot or they have sex appeal or women who are just simple. OR they flirt because women also flirts with them.

Flirtation or an urge to do so,requires a trigger.Any women who can provide that becomes the object for flirtation.Whether it actually results in to an action or not,would depend upon so many other factors.Men do not like to flirt with all the women as they have limited capacity and propensity to do so.
