Okay, so I want to get a tattoo on my left forearm. It is a black sun--looks like a crescent moon but with flames spiraling around it. It's only about 3 sq inches, maybe a little more--so not a very big tattoo. It will be all black. Is the undreneath of my forearm a good place to put it? Or should I choose a different place and why? Pain isn't a concern (covered in piercings and such already), but is there anything else I should consider (keep in mind I do know all about the risks and aftercare, and I do have a good artist in a clean facility that I trust).

Don't worry, covering it's not a big problem either. I am self-employed and work as an artist (thankfully).

i would go for the shoulder or back of your neck. some place more visable. i wouldn't get it under my arm. 2 of mine are easily visable and the 1 that's not so is the 1 i end up showing more ppl lol bcse of how unique it is.
