Have you checked fabric stores, for the fabric...a valance is simple straight seams...you could find someone to make it quite easily.

Look for fabrics instead of ready made.

This link has a turkey fabric on it. Type a google search for turkey fabrics and you will get a few.
I think that Robert Allen Fabrics have a turkey print
What you might want to do is make the room look more like a hunting lodge and use the earthy colors to decorate. Then find prints and things for the walls with wild turkeys. This will be easier for you to do and much easier to live with. You can use the turkey print fabric as an accent for pillows and such

I agree, try to make one, your choices explode when you look for fabric instead of a ready made product.
Another thing you can do is look for something that is not meant to be a valence and use it to decorate the window. Kind of like you have seen improvised curtain rods...a pool cue in a game room, a canoe paddle in a cabin.
I may not know what you are talking about but I guess wild turkey is either booze or hunting inspired. Maybe both. If it is hunting you can look for a turkey blind, a gilly suit, or a mosquito net, or something outdoorsy...and fashion it into something for your window.

Find the material you like, and make it yourself. Measure out the length you need, plus enough to make a rod pocket, and about 1/2 hemline for the bottom. Measure the width of your window. You will need twice as much material as the width of your window so that the valance with gatheron the rod. Now, sew it up!!! Voila!! You have your valance!!!

It's possible that "Cabela's" may have it, or one of the hunting catalogs. I would also try a fabric store that may have a worker that sews on the side. Waverly may have it, or at least a fabric that you could use, as there are some great camo patterns, you could also check furniture stores that usually sell yardage.
