Chula Mami-Pretty Mama. Chula means "pretty." There's a large suburb of San Diego, California called "Chula Vista", I would really doubt that they would call it "Pimp View", so don't bash the guy's head in.

In spanish, and mainly mexican spanish, its a kind of slag, and that means pretty, beautiful, nice.

You should not use it in a formal conversation, its more common between freinds, or as a nice and spontaneous way say that to your girlfriend looks good.
