I don't get turned on by my girlfriends voice, but I'm in love with her voice. I get so happy hearing her voice sometimes.

Yes, of course. And you can get turned on by other sounds, by smells, by colors, by appeals to all of your senses. Of course some people are far more sensitive than others. Some men can get turned on by hearing the sound of high heels on a wood floor.
It is, of course, the mental associations we have with the sensory input that does the turn on.
