dangerfields, at 62nd and first,
the laugh factory at 42nd and 8th
laugh lounge at essex and stanton
stand up ny at 68th and 2nd
carolines at 49th and broadway
gotham at 23rd and 7th
comedy village at w4th and thompsom
comedy cellar at w3rd and macdougal

Upright Citizens Brigade Theater and Magnet Theater have improv (or other comedy shows) pretty much every night.
