news flash, i dont eat that much a day people, give me some good advice. i go on walks, and stuff like that.

i am also seriously involved in volleyball. i do a ton of camps. and have made my schools aaa team three years in a row. i am also going to be playing premier, and i try to go on a walk every day. that doesnt work.

. Drink water
Water is quite possibly the single most important catalyst in losing weight and keeping it off longer term.

Green tea
Drink 5 cups a day. Research shows this can burn a massive 80 calories a day! It is believed the antioxidant catechins in green tea boost the metabolism and help burn fat.
Eat Slowly It takes a while for the brain to register that it's full. If you eat slow enough you'll give your body time to notify the brain that you've had enough and you'll eat less because you'll feel full.

one main thing with losing weight is watching how much you eat. instead of sticking with 3 meals a day, snack in between meals but only meals that are small portions. this will eventually boost your metabolism but, exercise is very important when trying to achieve an ideal weight. even if it is walking around the block or participating in a sport. plus, you're 13, you have a long way to go before you would have to worry about your body weight. it's understandable at this age you want a particular body type but it's not the end of the world when you can't quickly achieve your goal. it will take some hard work and determination to achieve your particular goal

There is no way to safely lose ten pounds fast. You need to eat a well-balanced healthy diet and get regular exercise. You can exercise by walking briskly. Do it for 30-60 minutes daily.
If you do these things you will see desirable improvements. But it takes time. But you need to do these things for the rest of your life anyway, so why not begin today?

cut down on carbs, and fatty foods, run about 2 to 3 miles a day and just do some crunches, whenever you have free time go out for a run or even a walk or bike ride. It is very unhealthy to starve yourself, so there is no reaosn for it, especially considering starving yourself leads to your body storing more fat to feed off of when it is not getting the proper nutriotion so therefore you dont lose weight. drink lots of water. it help with your skin too. hope this helped

Well if you don't want to go outside and exercise.You can order some workout tapes.Like Taebo.Then make a food journal. Find out how much you are eating and start cutting back.You will soon see results. Good Luck

just cut down on the calories. if you dont know how much exactly you are eating, then cut down the portions of food you eat. eat atleast 5-6 small meals a day. like ever 3 hours, have a small meal/snack. if you're eating at a restaurant, and you know it has a lot of calories, eat half and save the rest for the next day.

The others are right, just cut down on the carbs like junkfood and extra fatty or calorie-rich food.
On the other hand, the problem may just be in your head. Try and stop comparing yourself with others, don't let your envirolment dictate what you are and what you should be...

eat breakfast early in the morning (this will act as a catalyst and speed up the enzymes and start burning a few calories)
after an hour play dancing music and dance your heart out!
Or just pray to god for a higher metabolism.

DDR, walking, join up a sport, go running, etc. An active kid will lose weight quickly but make sure they aren't going to harm their growthing development.

jumping rope was the best thing for me when i was a young. Eat right and jump rope for about 1 hour a day (taking breaks of course) . Jumping rope burns alot of calories!!
