No, I think you are in a good healthy shape.
Plus, beautiful person comes from inside not the weight or shape.

It sounds like you are in a good range of weight for your height and bmi. If you are not happy with how you look, focus on working out so that you build some muscle. lean muscle weighs more than fat, but will take up less space in your body. Even as a teenager, you can work out a couple of times a week without focusing on loosing weight, but then you will feel more confident and happier with how you look.

The best approach is to lose weight gradually and for good. Yoga offers a good solution to this problem. Yoga tones the body in a uniformed manner, unlike any " weight loss program" which claims to decrease your butts by this much inches and waist by this much, leading to side effects. Yoga can be practiced at any age to keep the body supple.

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

You DEFINITELY don't need to lose weight. However, toning your muscles is the best way to get over your image issues. The key to looking sexy is being toned, so combine cardio with specific toning exercises.

For example, I do ab circuits multiple times daily: 100 crunches, 25 leg lifts, 50 bicycle crunches, balance on side for 20 seconds per side, and 20 push-ups. To tone legs, I do lunges and squats. For arms, I lift light weights for lots of reps.

It's fun, and you'll look sexy pretty quickly if you do those exercises daily! :-)

You seem perfect. If you're not happy tho, try working out. For me, (trying to lose a bit of weight) cardio 3 times a week, 1 ab day, 1 arm day, 1 leg day. Of course its not all followed but its the plan and I try doing it all. Good luck to us :)

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.

By BMI, you are absolutely healthy range.

But you can try to eat healthily and do an exercise to stay lean
and not gain fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Don't lose anymore weight. There is such thing as underweight, and you sound pretty much perfect. Keep a healthy life-style, but please, don't worry about weight too much.

Coming from a guy, I know--Most of us don't like to snuggle with a stick. Don't want to impale ourselves on bones and skin. :D
