Depends what year skyline and STI.
Is the skyline turboed, twin turboed, AWD, RWD?
It also depends on the track.
for an R34 GT-R vs a 2007 STI: Straight line drag.. i would say skyline with a little more hp and less weight. STI has a little more torque. But you never know.

Of course a Nissan Skyline GT-R is faster than a Subaru WRX STi. It's very hard for a car to beat a Skyline, unless it's one of those expensive cars, like Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bugatti, etc.

Can't you tell by the computer games? Actual the new 450 hp twin turbo 3.7 liter engine skyline that will be almost twice as expensive than the Subaru and hopefully will be fastest. We'll have to wait until mid year 2008 to find out.. Or save 20 grand buy a Corvette.

I belive it depens on the years. A 1999 skyline is pretty fast with a top speed of aprox. 155MPH and 0-60 in 4.9sec , the 2004 WRX has a top speed of 155MPH with a limit of 146MPH and 0-60 in 4.88sec.
