The only ways to do this without illegal drugs is to fast, consuming nothing except fruit juice, but this is unhealthy AND unsafe, as well!
I did this once years ago in the Marine Corps when I had to lose 7 lbs in a week for a big inspection, and it was really stupid,' cause I was sick every time I ate anything for the next two days.
Your best bet first would be to seek professional help, both physical and mental, starting with counseling for your depression.

Step one: Calm down.
Step two: Be patient. It might seem like it, but this condition didn't happen in a week or three and it won't be corrected in a few weeks either.
Step three: Learn about nutrition.
Step four: Make a menu plan and stick to it.
Step five: Make an exercise plan and stick to it. Your best bet is to find an exercise that you don't hate and that you will continue to do. Maybe walking. Maybe using an elliptical trainer. But it depends entirely on your preferences. Begin slowly. If you try to do too much at first you will wear yourself out and make it less likely that you can continue to exercise five to seven days a week. Try to gradually work up to at least 20 to 30 minutes a day. They don't even have to be all at one time. If you can make it longer, that's good too, but don't increase it too quickly.
You can lose weight, but you will need to make some lifestyle changes. Emotional eating is a big problem for many overweight people.
If you can do it, I'd recommend a program such as Weight Watchers. They address all the areas that need to be worked on, not just food, and you get peer support too.
A normal and safe rate of loss is about two pounds per week (average), so if you follow a good plan you should reasonably expect to lose about 40 pounds by the end of the year.
The important thing is not really the deadline or the total number of pounds. The important thing is that you learn how to eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and avoid emotional and binge eating.
There's a book I'd also recommend (especially if you cannot join Weight Watchers): The Seven Secrets of Slim People (see Amazon link below). It has a very easy-to-read style and deals with mending your emotional relationship with food. It has a very positive, love-yourself attitude. You need that!
Remember: Love yourself. Treat yourself well.
Good luck!
(btw: Don't try to lose ten pounds in one week.)

Have you ever tried a really weight loss program? Sometimes a little structure is all it takes to shed the unwanted pounds. I had been trying for 6 months to shed unwanted baby weight from 3 pregnancies and I just couldn't discipline myself to eat right or exercise; finally I tried weight watchers and that was all I needed. I've been on it for just over 2 months and I'm already back down to my pre-pregnancy weight and I'm still loosing. It is the BEST feeling and so worth the effort to fit back into your cute clothes and regain that self confidence. And there is nothing better than having EVERYONE notice. You have to keep in mind that super fast weight loss does not last and it is unhealthy. I have lost 2-3 lbs almost every week and it has stayed off. Find a program that makes you accountable for what you eat and how much you exercise and stick with it for 3 months, I think you'd be amazed at the results!! I really do recommend Weight Watchers too because it has the highest success rate out there. You can do weight watchers online even and avoid going to the meetings all together, if you can be accountable to yourself.
Good luck!

It is much healthier to lose the weight slowly. It takes discipline and balance. It seems the faster you lose weight, the faster you gain it back.
However....if I must.
First, buy a bottle of Vitamin B pills. They will increase your metabolism and help with the weight loss. Take it in the morning with a banana or something and then go excercise. I suggest you do some cardio for at about an hour. Doing this in the morning will help your body burn all day. Of course, you can always do more if you want. After warming down, you can do some light weight training to tone your body up. A set of 5 pounds weights(or get creative. Backpack with books etc....) Work every part of your body. I suggest you take at least 10 minutes to stretch before and after you do your workout. It will help with any soreness you might get.
Remember to eat correctly and eat healthy. Cut out beef and replace it with chicken. I suggest if replace chicken, you cook it. That way, YOU control what you're putting into your food Put more veggies and fruits in your diet. Instead of having 3 meals a day, make it 3 smaller meals and 3 snacks. I suggest some fruit and nut bars or just a light healthy snack between each meals. Do not cut out all the carbs in your diet. You'll feel more exhausted. Instead, eat it in moderation. After you eat, go out and WALK for about 15 minutes. Just don't sit down or lay down.
Lastly, make sure you are hydrated when you are excercising. Get plenty of rest. Your health should be above any type of weight loss you want. Do this everyday, though, and you'll be losing some weight. How much? No idea.

Curb your hunger by eating healthy snacks and food.
I have no problem at all when I eat lots of veggies, lean meat and some complex carbs. Do an exercise that you like. Even walking helps.
When you are successful, even with a constant 1 lb weight loss a week, you will be motivated to continue and mantain your goal weight.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Weight lost slowly is much more stable. It sounds like you need some mental health therapy to help overcome some of your emotional issues before you can adhere to a weight loss plan. When you are ready, setting small, reasonable monthly goals such as 3-5 pounds a month is a good idea. Schedule 3 walks a week.

That's a 35,000 Calorie net energy deficit you're talking about there. That's probably your total caloric intake for 3 weeks, so you'd best get off the computer and start running daily super-marathons if you're going to make your goal. Or you could be reasonable and set realistic goals.
