Code p0401 means that insufficient EGR flow is detected, possible causes are a stuck EGR valve, the vacuum lines are broken or unhooked, EGR control solenoid not working properly, DPFE sensor is bad, or the hoses going to the DPFE sensor burned off, personally I would be looking at the sensor and hoses. I have seen a couple that the EGR port into the intake manifold got plugged with sludge but that is really uncommon. As for the P0303, it is most likely being caused by a bad plug, or coil assembly on that cylinder. #3 is the 3rd on from the front on the passenger side, it would be cheaper to replace the plug and coil then to take it to the shop.

The P0401 code is usually either a clogged EGR port in the intake or the DPFE (egr sensor) is bad. The EGR valves rarely fail.
P303 is more that likely a failing coil. It is the 3rd one back on the passenger side.

its probobly not the egr valve its the egr valve port tha gets stopped up.you need to remove the egr valve. and were it sits on the intake manifild you will need to clean the port out have fun because it is hell.recomend taking it to dealer and dont wast your time on any kind of chemical treatments they will not work nomatter what people may tell you. the cylinder 3 miss fire is most likely a bad plug wire fix this first because a miss fire can also set a egr code
