Like my family is Christian, we get together on Christmas to exchange gifts and have dinner , but that's about all. They don't decorate all out like they used to, they've even gone from a ceiling-high tree to a two foot fiber optic tree. None of them celebrate Easter except at my young cousins' houses. And my family used to go ll out. Lights all over the property, Easter eggs, etc. When I started growing up and losing interest, my whole immediate family tapered off on celebrations until they're almost non-existent. Anyone else experienced this?

Me. My mom must be the only person who tries to celebrate the christian holidays. My other family members don't.

Christmas is not biblical. Not written on the bible yet it is not true that it is the birth of Christ. It was only declared by the vatican.

The easter is not true. There is no palm sunday, no holy thursday,no good friday on the bible. It is only a false belief of the catholics.Don't you know that every year the dates of the alleged easter day changes. Sometimes it is on March and sometimnes on April.
The death of Jesus cries changes. Are you changing the death anniversary of your father or grandfather?

First of all, the exchanging of gifts, the hunting of eggs are NOT Christian , but the true meaning of those days however are, or we believe they are...... we celebrate the birth of Christ, we celebrate that He rose from the grave, well, celebrate is realy the wrong word, we praise God that those things came about and were done for us...... but, yes I know what ya mean....... God bless

There are Christians that do not celebate the holidays because they ae actually holidays adapted from pagan traditions to get the newly converted Christians to stop going off to have orgies and stuff.

GOOD!!!! I'm friggin' GLAD they don't!!!!!!!!!!!! They are finally seeing and ADMITTING!!!!!!!!!! At least they aren't hypocrites!!! Christmas and Easter are PAGAN, we are the ones to celebrate them!!!!!! As in anyone who appreciates nature and freedom. Christians ripped them off and changed the names!

Hmm, I'm not sure how having lots of electric lights and killing a tree really shows extra love for Jesus.
