I have to change FAT 32 to NTFS Mode?

Hi, i have fat32 in c: drive and it have winxp and program files in c: drive, so i have to change fat32 to NTFS Mode but there is some problem i have not in a mood of format the c: drive, so please let me know if there is any solution of changing FAT 32 to NTFS Mode with out formating or without any loss of data.

In windows XP or vista, you can convert from FAT32 to NTFS and you will not lose your data.
