No and yes. Bottle water expires, tap doesn't. Bottle water expires because chemicals are used to purify the water, eventually if it sits there for too long the chemicals go bad. Bottles now in days have expiration dates. Typically they last 2-7 years. Tap water doesn't expire because it's made to be used right away. Unlike bottle water.

Like an expiration date? It does go flat, but I doubt it loses the ability to quench ones thirst. Fall out Shelter water had a replacement date and it did tend to taste cardboardy.

yes water can expire. actually it has two dates on it manufactred date and sell by date. typically it lasts at least a couple of years. but for your future info any food or beverage you buy expires at some point or another but some products is code dated and you dont know when they expire.

no but it can taste bad when you drink it. like water stored in plastic will taste like the continer.
