Would like to know your views about exhibitionism in public any incdents that you have observed yourself

An incident--
In my village a boy was being prosecuted for indecent exposure by a spinster. The Judge asked her , " So, your case is that when U were passing through the narrow lane, the accused pulled down his Zip & showed his organ to you?"
The Spinster replied blushingly , " Your Honor, not organ, but it looked more like a flute."
