Well , for that I would have to travel to Italy to my friend house to have pasta Ala mezza notte , Translating pasta at midnight , simple really , oil , garlic , chillies in a pan , fry so the oil gets all of the flavors then biol your pasta and toss it through , just the thing after a big night out . PS this is so easy you don't have to go to Italy to taste it . Yum

Tri-color rotini. I love all pasta, but my husband only eats "stringy" pasta, and non-flavored and non-shaped. Crazy, but I don't mind, but for my own lunch I make whatever I want!
