I like egg sandwiches but I hate the smell that ones you make at home have if you wrap them up and take them somewhere. Why do ones in cafes never smell? And also how do they make the egg they put in sandwiches in cafes because mine is never like it.
Does it get mixed with other stuff? Thanks!

It's all in how you boil your eggs....cover the COLD water and bring to a boil and the remove and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Run cold water into the pot with eggs allow to cool.
