Just laid brown egg omelet with fresh picked garden vegetables including onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and extra sharp Swiss cheese. Blueberry (just picked) pancakes with pecans added and a dollop of whipped cream on top, maple syrup. Fresh from the oven, cinnamon toast with homemade raspberry jelly, grits with some sharp cheddar cheese added. One slice of country ham, dry fried on the stove. Fresh roasted coffee called Yauco Selecto from Puerto Rico and fresh squeezed orange juice, glass of ice cold mountain spring water. Center cut watermelon, not seedless, cut into squares and seeds removed.
Then start to get ready for lunch.

Mmmm, let's see, When I want to make something 'extra special' It's gotta' be fresh homemade quiche. Its a baked flakey pie crust with an omlette like filling. With cheese, saute'd mushrooms, scallion onions, cubed ham or smoked turkey slices (cut up). I recommend a good recipie, to get all the details if this sounds good. anyway, it goes well with a bowl of fresh cut up fruit i.e. strawberries, grapes. melons, etc. topped with whipped cream, of course (homemade). A juice that is phenomonally good, is welches, white grape PEAR. You'll find it in the freezer section @ the bigger grocery stores. Oh, I almost forgot the hash browns! Yum-mmy!... Uh... What time will it be ready???!

The ultimate breakfast for me would be "out" at either Perkins or Country Kitchen.
