Most amp wiring kits will come with most of what you need:

-Fuse holder
-Fuse
-Speaker wire
-Ring terminals for battery and ground connections

-Grommet or bushing, in case you need to drill a hole in the firewall
-Some vehicles will require a new battery terminal

You will also need a remote wire that is tied in to something that powers on when you turn on the ignition. Also, you will need some speaker wire to go from the amp to the box. If you want, go to a stereo shop or wal-mart in the automotive dept. You can buy an amp kit that has just about everything you need.
