if he likes fish.. get some tilapia fish.. which is very cheap.. clean and cut it into small peices.. try to steam cook it...
then take a bowl..
add the fish and mash it with a fork
add some bread crumbs to it
add salt, pepper, ajinimotto, soy sauce, cilantro and mix well...
make it into patties and fry in oil.. if they dont mould into shape add some more break crumbs and try...
serve with tomato ketchp and hot sauce.. goes well with wine/champagne too...

for the main course... make some pasta but add some cooked chicken breasts init... will go good with some ceaser salad if you can make...

then try to get some dessert.. like a cake/ icecream/ sweet.

This will be a complete meal. and pretty easy to make. He will love it

Easy simple yet looks really nice.

2-3 chicken breasts (parboil..that is putting water in a pot and throwing the chicken in to let them cook. I didn't know what parboil was until a couple years ago.) After that is cooked take the meat off the chicken.

Toss the meat into a casserole dish and douse it with Zesty Italian dressing.

Get some frozen veggies that you like douse those in the italian dressing. Let it sit for awhile.

After about 1/2 hr or so then stir fry the chicken and veggies together.

Cook some rice and put the chicken stuff over the rice.

My only problem with this dish is I never have enough salad dressing:).

This recipe is very easy to fix especially if you follow it exactly!

Prepare white rice per instructions on the box.

Four Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
At least 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms. I love mushrooms so use a lot of them.
At least a stick of butter, (can use margarine but I like the butter best.
One can of Chicken Broth, (Swansons is the best)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/3 cup flour
about 1/4 cup milk.

Melt several tablespoons of butter in skillet and Brown the chicken breasts on each side. Remove the breasts to a plate leaving drippings in the skillet. Melt another couple tablespoons of the butter in the skillet. Place mushroom in the skillet and saute until limp. Salt and Pepper to taste. Place mushrooms on plate but leave the drippings in the skillet. Melt remaining butter in the skillet. Whisk in the 1/3 cup flour. When dissolved pour in the can of chicken broth... When starts to thicken a little add the milk. Reduce the heat to simmer. Replace the breast and mushrooms in the skillet with the gravy. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve over rice with a salad....

My husband loves this dish

Chicken Caesar salad, cheap and easy! Get a couple of chicken breasts cut them in strips, stir fry in pan with Pam or margarine, romaine lettuce cut up a full head with a knife so its chopped looking, Cesar salad dressing put in in the salad and toss, Parmesan cheese, and croutons, toss all together, add chicken to top- its fine if the chicken is still a little warm. It should cost under 10$ and take about 20 minutes to make.

All time man pleaser... Spaghetti and meat sauce
Boil some water (pinch of salt touch of oil). When it boils add your pasta. When one strand sticks to the wall when you throw it it's done. Strain it .
Put a couple of tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Brown some ground beef and chopped onions and a chopped clove of garlic. Pour in some Ragu (or whatever brand) sauce (I add a little oregano and a shake of parmesan grated cheese) heat it through, pour over your pasta and voila! My husband is a Sicilian and I have to throw out the
jar before he comes home but in 20 years he has bragged on my pastas and lasagnas and never known the secret!

this is the perfect meal to make, its tasty, cheap and quick to make...

Chicken Pasta
Chef: Lena Giuliani

Degree of difficulty: Low

You need:
2 chicken breast fillet, skinned and cut into fairly thin strips
½ onion chopped
1 clove garlic chopped fine
1 tablespoon oil
3 mushrooms sliced
½ cup cream fresh
400gr chunky crushed tomato
300gr fettuccine
¼ cup white wine (optional)
chopped parsley for garnish
parmesan cheese for serving

Method:
In a large frying pan, on medium heat, put oil, garlic, onion, chicken and mushrooms. Stir and cook until chicken changes colour and then pour in white wine. Allow some of the wine to evaporate for about one minute, and then put in tomato and cream. Stir to mix and simmer for about five minutes or until chicken is cooked.
While sauce is cooking, cook pasta according to manufacture’s instructions. Drain pasta, but do not wash! Pour pasta into a large serving dish. Add sauce and toss to combine garnish with chopped parsley (if sauce looks too thick, add a small amount of the water that you cooked with the pasta). Serve with a bowl of parmesan cheese to sprinkle over pasta.

serve with garlic bread and salad ;o)

ok here is a one pan meal! pan fry some chicken beast in a little bit of oil and and season it with salt and pepper. when it done all the way through (it should be white in the middle) you can cut it into strips or cubes and cover it with tin foil to keep it warm. in the same pan you can put a can of green beans ( i use french cut) drained and a 1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup(or celery if you dont like mushrooms). adn 1/2 cup french fried onions and season with salt pepper and garlic. when done put on the plates, put the chicken on top of that and then put a pinch of the onions on top to look pretty! i love this dish it is easy and tastes good. it is pretty much green bean caserole with chicken and without an oven!
