Yes. BECAUSE:
When I was 20 I became pregnant, with a blonde haired blue eyed miracle boy!
Benny will be 2 1/2 Aug 6th. His father has never seen, met, spoken to, nor does he ever plan on having a relationship with his son.
He is now married and trying to concieve children with his new Wife. (Who IS an amazing woman)
It hurts me to watch my little boy grow up and know his father will never care. But this is for the best, if you can't love me and my son you don't deserve to have us in your life.
Go see what almost killed him, but made him stronger... www.miraclebenny.blogspot.com
I hope you enjoy, my sons story from my mothers Point of View.
What doesn't kill us makes us stronger, and what doesn't make us crazy makes us wiser.
Blessings to you!!!

I relate it to getting sick with a cold or flu, if you live through it that particular virus can't hurt you anymore.
Hard work can feel like it's going to kill you but in time you'll become stronger from it.

Philosophically, sure. All non-lethal experience causes us to grow as human beings. Of course, the poor fellow who uttered that quote colapsed a few years later, and spent his last decade in a near catatonic state. You could argue that the experience didn't make him any stronger.

No. I think that what we learn from out mistakes makes us stronger. But if you are talking about something dangerous and you live, than you have no common sense
