I believe in science, evolution, and proven theory. I think when we die, our bodies decompose and that there is no such thing as a soul.

Edit:
Are you kidding? Did you really just 'thumbs-down' me for saying what I BELIEVE in?!?

I believe in the Goddess and The God. I call them many things, depending on the season and the ritual. I believe this way due to the stories that were told before christianity came about. The christians used the old pagan stories and made them their own. Read some of the greek myths and see that Zeus also flooded the earth when he felt that humans were turning away from the gods.

Yeah, how did you get your avatar like that?

Oh and, I consider myself to be a cross between metaphysical awareness, pagan, and atheist. In other words, I recognize that the social world has patterns which mirror natural world but at the same time I do not believe there is a greater god out there dictating all this. Does that make sense? Maybe its just me.

I believe that the only answer to mankinds problems is "God's kingdom" this is in line with what His Son - Jesus- said when He prayed "let your kingdom come. Let your will take place,as in heaven, also upon earth", or, "thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven" Matthew 6:9 (NWT and kjv respectively)

please see Daniel 2:44 - this speaks of God's kingdom coming
and think about a "kingdom" as an actual type of government - but one run by the heavenly Creator
will that not be wonderful??? imagine being ruled in a way that is governed by LOVE

We are products of chance. The "perfect strom" created a species that had self-awareness and in-depth thought. Through this thought, humans (as we refer to ourselves) filled in the unknown gaps with "God", and used religion to keep people under a society. This concept of God came in many forms, and is still around today--often taken to such an extreme extent that it blinds the follower of reasoning.

I believe everything the Holy Catholic Church teaches because the Word of God identifies the one Church Christ founded as "the pillar and foundation of truth", and history plainly identifies the one Church Christ founded as the Catholic Church; God Himself said that whoever listens to the Catholic Church listens to Him; God Himself said that whatsoever the Catholic Church binds upon earth is bound in heaven; God Himself said that the Holy Spirit would guide the Catholic Church to all truth; and the doctrinal chaos seen in manmade denominational religion is a guarantee of untruth.

I believe that the biblical record of Jesus Christ makes him out to be as close to God as a human being could get without being a ridiculously supernatural entity. I find it hard to disagree with his point of view.

I don't believe in religion I believe in God. God and religion are two different things.

My beliefs are that religion keeps you away from God's truth because ALL religions have a hidden agenda. Religions keep you obsessing on rules and regulations and is just a stumbling block from the truth.

IMO God is about love not hate. Sadly most religions teach that God is vengeful and violent.

I am an atheist. I do not believe in God. I don't believe there is any reason to believe in God. Religion is divisive and preaches intolerance. Everything good that religion offers can be accomplished without believing in the supernatural.

Well I believe the basically atypical Christian fundie belief system. A few things I have issues with that's taught out there but I guess that's neither here nor there...

The jist of what I believe is that Jesus died in the place of humanity, and that he was resurrected and is still alive today. (but not on earth...)

I believe that God created all that exists. I believe He has come to us in three persons. The Father, Son, Holy Ghost. I believe that I am a selfish, impure man who deserves nothing, but God has sacrificed the Son in physical form to pay for my sin . . for the wages of sin is death.

owhat I believe is I'm a loser who God will forgive if I repent entirely to Him.
