My sister claims 20 yrs. ago she had a "dream" that she resents calling a dream because it was 'almost' like lucid dreaming 'but wasn't'.
She was alone, and real late at night, there was "this REALLY THICK grey fog, lucifer, and the evil presence 'forbid her to see her Mother'~"like a HUGE block" she said.
It scared me when she had told me this because she was never a religious person until then.
Another person told me that her neice and a good friend had a similiar experience.
My sister said she couldn't tell anyone about it for YEARS because she thought no one would ever believe her. She said it wasn't until 20 yrs. later she could even talk about it/now she's a lot more religious
told our Mom about it she mentioned maybe she was doing drugs or something. I don't know. She was pretty sheltered way back then at our Father's house
hmmm. sure hope it was her imagination!
BUT
~~BUT~~ have you EVER HEARD about this type "dream,experience,vision" or whatever from
ANYONE you know

The ONLY thing one can do is trust in the Lord. As long as you trust in God (well, or universal spirit of LOVE~many interpretations of Divine creation~I believe in God) anyway, the 'thing' will vanish. My sister said the Lord's Prayer she said. Then it went away.
It didn't speak w/voice or show face. it was a thick grey fog, and intuitly had that message for her. it was trying to 'block' her from seeing Mom (our Mom)
WHY is it that the 'thing' always gets one when one is alone? My Mother and I wondered as we spoke about a couple of other's who'd experienced the same. atleast it rarely happens~hope it NEVER happens to me! eeks

What you are talking about is very common and the reason that most people have never heard of it is because God has to open you spiritual eyes and let you see into the spiritual realm. People who often have encounters like that are allowed so by God, so they will really see for themselves what is root of the probems in their lives besides sin, demons plaguing them. I have had dreams where I saw the Lord Jesus Christ sitting at my bed side but I never saw His face. I can also seeing into the spiritual realm and see demons walking with people and in their houses. But yes devils and demons are very real. And their greatest desire is to keep you in the dark about their existence, because they are afraid if you learn the truth, you will be a threat to them.

Can't say I've ever heard of that, but then I fall under the 5% of the population that believes in the more scientific way things have evolved not the religious beliefs that most people lean towards.
Could it have been just that it was foggy that night and it was so thick, and being alone on those types of nights is always creepy, sounds sound louder and such? Could it have been what she thought? Honestly I couldn't really answer that, because one person's experience could be different from another person's.
Not saying there is an explaination, either scientifically speaking or religiously speaking, because things like that happen quite frequently, it is eerie. But I bet it was a real relief to get something off her chest that she'd kept inside for so long!

Yeah, ive had all kinds of stuff like that happen continuously throughout my life. Even more than believing in God it is good to believe in the RIGHT one. Even Lucifer believes in God, that doesn't make him saved. You could believe in the flying spaghetti monster, Zeus, or whatever but salvation and divine protection is only through Jesus. I know that I am safe from all that stuff because God gave me the power to trample over the power of the enemy and the forces of darkness-

Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
The reason that all kinds of people experience spiritual phenomena who believe or do not is because the spiritual realm is real, and yes there is really evil. In the Bible it explains that the evil angels and satan were cast not into hell but on the earth. No wonder we got a lot of depression and scary crap goin' on....

Yes, I have had dreams, visions and been in some almost trance like states. It is so scary and when you tell people about them they think you are a crazy nutt. That's probably why she didn't tell anyone. It was not until I started studying prophetic dreams and interpretations that I could really understand what was going on.

Had a similar 'dream' when in my 20's, without any voice or words. Still has me questioning to this day and I am very very religiously a Christian. I choose to just trust it to my God b'cause I have no answers!

Well actually I have I think people used to think it was connecting with spirts through sleep.
Cant remeber much about it though have to look into it.
