Well...you could dress slutty.
But truthfully, you don't need to do that. But there is no single answer to your question. Men/Boys are individuals and have differant ideas on what is "hot" and what is beautiful.
While they may agree a woman/girl is hot/beautiful, the triggers are differant.
A nicely dressed woman in a short (not mini) skirt/dress looks hot to me. A woman wearing a low cut blouse, with the proper cut, is hot.
And, curly red hair looks beautiful on a woman...IMO

honest answer- wear something that shows part of your boobs and were tight pants or a short skirt or short shorts. The shorter the better. Not trying to offend anyone- but guys like that. Well if you want to go out with a popular guy then do that.

Hair is most important. Most guys like soft strait or curly hair girls. And she has to look educated so the guy can know she has a future. And she has to dress nicly as well. Those things will get a guy respect and think you're attractive.

form-fitting clothes showing a little skin. maybe a bit of cleavage or some leg. don't have to be skanky though.
also, walk upright and with confidence. project hotness! :)
and be confident and go up to guys and talk to them, if you want to. believe me, we won't mind and will be glad we don't have to do the work for once!
make eye contact too. that projects confidence and sexiness for both men and women.

Just be yourself, be a nice person, dont overdo the makeup, dress casual and not slutty, smile.

i think the better question is why you want us to say your hot and beautiful... without being naked?
and... if your going for looks... less is more usually... but be prepared to get that type of guys attention.
Once you wear a push-up bra or get breast implants you no longer have the right to question a man when he stares at your boobs.

You can touch us. That'll get our attention. As for just making yourself prettier, talk to a hair stylist or makeup stylist or something. They know how to do this stuff.
