Well, actors change the way they talk all the time. I'm no good at it, but I wish I were. I have this dumb valley girl voice. I actually think foreign guys, British, Aussie, or Spanish sound hot. Deep tone is nice, but not necessary. As long as a guy sounded like a guy, I'd be happy.

You can change it. Radio anouncers do it all the time. My uncle also took a class.
Much harder to do it and not sound phony.
Your accent is probably fine. If you are young and move to another area it will change some.
I would not try for some strange foreign accent. You might then be tempted to invent some strange foreign past to go with. -- and btw: it failed for someone I knew.
Instead of working .. they thought him goony.

Yes, but it is difficult.
Try taking singing voice lessons instead. Having a musical tone to your voice works better than a foreign accent.

It is possible for your accent to change. Usually if you move to a new area you will pick up on their accent sooner or later. However, I doubt moving is an option for you.
It will be hard, but just really practice and listen to yourself as you speak. You can also hire a speech coach.

Girls like REAL people, so don't fake it.
But I'm a southern hillbilly and had to change
my voice somewhat to do a radio show
several years ago.
You have to practice a lot, and get a tape
recorder so you can listen to what you
would like to change in your voice.
I had to make my country "twang" more
crisp and precise to be understood better
over the air, and usually talk more like that
all the time, EXCEPT when I get around
country folks who talk like I did.
Then it comes right back and I sound like
Andy Griffith again.

not easy but manageable.
hang out with those particular accent speakers that you want to learn, it takes times but you can pick it up later on. if you want to be more effective, move to the place where everybody speak the accent that you want to learn.

Yes, you can take diction lessons. Most acting schools offer this training.
