The fact that it doesn't have his vaccine yet doesn't mean that he has rabies. More likely, he doesn't and you should be okay.

I've gotten a lot of cat bites. My old cat Ninja would play fight using teeth and claws. If it didn't break the skin, don't worry about it at all. If it did break the skin and it didnt bleed thats a bit more of a problem. Cat saliva carries a lot of bacteria, and your actually better off with a cat bite that bleeds, the bacteria is more likely to come out with the blood. There is some research that says up to 80% of cat bites get infected and within 12 hours at that! If a bite from Ninja would break the skin and not bleed I would make the cut slightly larger with a small needle, enough to make it bleed a bit and then pour some peroxide on it, and I never once using that method ever got an infection.
Unless the kitten in question was born to a rabid cat, or had been living outdoors for an extended period of time there is little to no chance it had rabies.

Probably not. Extremely unlikely since there is no blood or bleeding. It would never have occurred to me to think such a thing unless that kitten is foaming a the mouth or viciously attacking everyone. Does the kitten go outside? If it does, please advise your neighbor for its sake to have rabies shots done. After the first two during the first two years, you only have to get cats vaccinated once every 3 years.

It's not a bite if there's no bleeding or broken skin.
To have rabies the kitten would have had to be exposed to rabies, and at a young age animals who are exposed are NOT runnng around playing and acting normal. They would be sick and not moving much.
Stop scaring yourself. Make sure you washed the area the kitten played with you at, and just stay calm. It was only a regular kitten and they like to play.

Like everyone said, if it didn't break the skin then you should be fine. Wash the area with soap and water or even some peroxide. Watch the area to insure that there wasn't any break. Most kittens aren't a reason to worry when it comes to rabies. The biggest thing to worry about with cats is cat scratch fever. You should just fine. :)

The chances of the kitten having rabies is so miniscule (under 2%) it's almost not even worth worrying about, unless it's a feral kitten.

If the kitten's bite didn't break the skin don't worry - just clean up the area & go on with your day
if it did just go to the hospital & get your rabies shot if you haven't allready gotten it

You're fine. Sometimes cats will bite. Just wash with antibacterial soap and water. Apply Neosporin & a bandaid. Just watch the scratched area for any swelling but I've never seen that happen.

Don't be scared...if you didn't bleed, it means that the kitten's teeth didn't penetrate your skin. So it's impossible to have (conceivably) gotten rabies.
Rabies is a relatively rare disease anyways, Hon....only a handle of housepets are diagnosed with it annually.
Relax, you're fine :)
