First of all let me congratulate you on 15 years of marriage!
you rarely hear of 15 years of marriage anymore.
First of all I think anything that comes from the heart is a precious memorable gift that your spouse will love.
Second try something spontaneous or creative I dont know if ya'll are daredevils or anything but try bungee jumping together or sky diving together or take friday off early (if possible) and have a 3 day weekend with your lover. be as creative and Romantic as possible.
