1 - Butt squeeze.
You can do this sitting down or standing up.
Simply squeeze and release your butt for 10 seconds each for 20 reps.
2 - Kickback.
Lean against the wall facing the wall and raise your leg backwards one at a time. Try to hold it there as long as you can. Do 10 reps. Try to beat your last record every time you try. This has added benefit of slimming and toning your legs as well as your butt.
3 - Squat and lunge. (Forward and back)
Squat down and up lunge forward and up squat down and up lunge backward and up. Repeat 15 times. Do this as slow as possible.
You will be able to show off your tight booty soon with these 3 home exercises.

this may sound a little out there, but hey it's an idea. I read in a book about just flexing your cheeks for a long period of time is a great way to tone. I usually do it during long car rides, alone of course. My butt is sometimes sore the next day, so I know I worked them a little. It beats doing squats at the gym, because I really don't have the money or the time... again it's just an idea. and it's kind of fun to see how long I can flex! I make a game of it, and try n' beat my old high scores... I warned you, the idea was a little "out there"

Absolutely! There are several excercises you can do. First, start walking. Up hills firm the toosh the quickest but any walking will help. An excercise that I like to do is lay on my back with my knees bent, lift your butt off the floor. Do this maybe 15 times. Then rest a minute and do it again. Squats are also another great butt firming move, just make sure your knees don't go over your toes ever. Sit back into the squat.

There are many things you can do. Going to the gym is, in my opinion, overrated because there are many less expensive ways to stay in shape. You could always run. Make an effort to run hills if you can because that really works your butt muscles. Biking is also really good for that. And lastly lunges with weight. I hate doing them, but it works.

Lie on your stomach on the bed then lift your leg up; taking turns, first the right then the left. In no time you will have a nice definition from your upper thigh onto the beginning of your butt. Have fun!

yes stairs are the best. another at home exercise is to :
lay on the floor by couch, with your legs(calves will touch couch) up on the couch. then raise your butt up off the floor and sqeeze glutes together. lower, relax, repeat, 20 times. then add more reps and sets. the goal is to do 20 three times

Go to your high school football stadium and climb up and down the cement stairs, I am serious it is the same movement as they do in the gym

get on your hands and knees (like a dog) and lift up your right leg as high as you can, keeping it bent. do that ten times holding it up about 5 seconds each time. Do it to the other leg. Do that every night and youve get yourself a nice *** in two weeks.
