You can't install Mac OS X on a generic PC, because Apple tells the OS to look for Apple-specific custom integrated circuits. So you can install Windows on an Intel-based Mac but you can't install OS X on a generic PC.

Well, that's not 100% true. You can run Darwin, the BSD variant under OS X, on generic hardware, but you'll have no graphical interface so you would be better off running FreeBSD or something like that.

You can use PearPC. Its slow as heck, but its free and nice. Theres also a bunch of torrents of the x86 version of OSX, and you can run those with windows virtual pc (free).
