if u don't kno what a condom is, then PLASE don't hav sex, u are 2 young...seriously, thou, a condom is something a male wears on his penis that collects his sperm so it doesn't go into the female's vagina, thereby protecting u from pregnancy. If you are gonna hav sex, please make sure he wears one. But the best protection against sexually transmitted diseases (STD's, like AIDS) and pregnancy is to not hav sex, u sound WAY 2 young, just wait until u are older, hav more knowledge and understanding, and u are TRULY ready.

A male birth control method.

Made out of lambs skin, or latex they are small balloon like items that up put over the end of your penis. When you have sex the condom catches the semen so you don't get your partner pregnant.

It also prevents contact between you and your partner so that sexually transmitted diseases can be as easily transmitted.

Don't have sex with out one. Think of it as a sock for your wiener. You wear a sock on your foot to control foot odder and disease, you wear a condom for similar reasons.

You don't need one until you plan on having sex and by that time you should know where it is going to go. ok, so a condom is a rubber object (looks kind of like a balloon, in essence). a man puts one on his penis before he has sex so that no sperm (or STD's--sexually transmitted diseases, like herpes or HIV/AIDS) enter the woman he is having sex with--so if he has an STD she probably won't get it, and she probably won't get pregnant. sometimes, though, they fail (like if the rubber of the condom tears a little), so there is no guarantee that the woman he is having sex with won't get pregnant or get an STD, but it makes it less likely that either will happen. hope this helps!
