Some times I make a pie by using sugar free pudding mix. You can get them instant or the ones you cook.
Sometimes I use vanilla pudding mix and add bananas to it. Add a little Cool Whip (reg. or low cal.) The crust is the most fatten part. It's not too bad if you get 6 serving out of one pie. It really taste good if you feel like you've got to have something sweet.
You can make all kinds of variations of pies; whatever you like. I also like chocolate pudding mix with crushed pecans mixed in; with Cool Whip of top.
Use the lemon pie filling and substitute Splenda instead of sugar. Delicious.

Sugar-Free Jello Pudding- only 60 calories a cup.

Special K snack bars- only 110 calories a bar

4 large marshmallows- only 90 calories

1 cup Cookie Crisp cereal- only 120 calories

Fat-free frozen Cool Whip (tastes kinda like ice cream)

This probably isn't the answer you are looking for, but fruit is certainly a guilt-free option.

I really like 100 calorie bags of kettle corn. It satisfies my sweet tooth plus my need for a salty, crunchy snack.

60cal puddings (fat free, sugar free), 60cal yogurts, dried fruit and nuts, fresh fruit and veggies, fruit salad with cottage cheese, rice cakes, soy crisps, sugar free popsicles, fat free frozen yogurt (still have quite a bit calories), i also snack on whole grain cereals (try Kashi) and dip them in pudding, frozen fruit bars, 100cal popcorn packs or regular low fat popcorn (about 270cal in a whole pack and a lot of sodium so dont eat whole thing at once)
