I am on a diet and do not have access to a calorie counter yet. I really need this information, I sure would appreciate it if someone knows.

About 60cal (35cal salmon and 27 cal a cup of canned beans)
It looks like you are starving/depriving your body.
You wont lose a gram of fat doing that - all you will lose is water weight and muscle and slow down metabolism not even talking about the fact that you will gain it all back.
to lose fat you have to eat healthy and enough for your body to let fat go.
