there is no ideal weight and you shouldnt be concentrating on number on the scale - it doesnt tell you how fit you are, how much muscle mass you have and how much body fat percentage you have -which is what really matters.

for 5ft you take 100 pounds and add 5 pounds for every extra inch, so i guess if your 4'9 you take away 5 pounds for every less inch.

thatd be about 85 pounds. thats a rough estimate though.
im guessing you could be anywhere from 70 - 105 pounds.
