Never heard of blueberry cookies. Muffins yes, but cookies no. However, considering this is a dumb question then yes, maybe you will.

Yes you would. The blue berry would mutate inside of you mixing with stomech juices, eventually grow a mind of its own, and make it's way to your brain.
Once in your brain the berry would alter your thnking process and implode sending radioactive jam gushing through your system eventually altering your DNA turning you into a cookie.
