October. There are not as many people going there in the fall, but it's a great time to check out all the islands.

Aloha! Where do you live? Pick the worse month to be where you are and go. Hawaii will be lots better. Sure it can rain - but it's warm rain. The centers of the islands have rain almost daily which is what keeps them green.
You may be able to find a web site with average daily temperatures for each month over there but it really doesn't matter all that much. We like December because we escape the cold here and can wander the streets there in shorts and slippas (flip flops) and watch the surfers.
Most of the weather moves west to east so the western side of the mountains get more rain and the east side a bit less. Kauai is lush and gorgeous; it's probably the oldest island; Hawaii, the Big Island, is more rocky and volcanic; it is the newest with ongoing volcano activity.

We've been several times in mid to late May. It's real nice weather at that time, and there aren't huge crowds of tourists then. Except at the big sites like the Arizona Memorial and places like that. But any time of year is good. Rain is going to be there all the time anyway, it is a tropical setting. On Kauai it rains every day of the year, but it only lasts for a short time, and is usually in the morning or mid afternoon. It's the garden isle because of the rain.
Late fall and early winter are when it's the rainy season, but it rarely rains all day.
Aloha!

It rains everyday, maybe, depending on which side of the island you are on. If you are on the west or south it is usually dry.
January thru December (except for the end of April beginning of May Golden week in Japan, many tourists, higher hotel prices) are the best months.

jus go any time durin summer! its perfect cuz u dont need to worry bout anythn most of the time. its the perfect time to relax. if u go to the beach, its almost always the most beautiful thing u would ever lay your eyes on especially if u watch the sunset. theres hardly any rain there, so what are the odds? i would sudgest goin to Oahu because at North Shore beach, theres usually very few people there so u can sit back, relax, and enjoy the view!!!! :-) (wow, im only 12 and i can write a detailed paragraph) anyways, u can probably visit every island in 1 day, but if i were u, i would use a whole week to enjoy each island. *remember!! do it durin the summer!!!!!

May, to me is the best month to visit Hawaii (Oahu). The earliest part of the month when the schools are still in session. Been there four times in May, once in April, and once in September.

I don't know which is the best but I went to Kauai at the end of April and the weather was beautiful. It was very sunny with no rain. It was hot enough to go swimming and snorkeling but it wasn't too hot.

I went mid March and it rained every single day. But the rains were short so it didn't keep us from doing anything.
