I am extremely overweight.
No, i'm not just saying that because i'm self-concious;
It's because my doctors have said so. They say that the healthy weight range for someone my age and height would be around 115- 130 pounds. I am way over the maximum. I would LOVE to lose all of my excess weight by my next doctor's appointment. I have one coming on August 7th, but obviously, I mean the one next year. Trust me, it'll take that long to work it all off. The problem, is I want to loseloselose but i'm not incredibly motivated. =/
I'd love to have someone give me some advice who went through the same issue as me.

Diets dont work, healthy eating dont work. this is what works and is easy. i was going through the same thing as you and still am, i weighed 21 stones 4 months back and now 17 and a half. You dont need to belive what i say but just try it and you got nothing to lose but the weight.

Weight loss is very very easy. ill tell you five things wich will make you lose weight fast and and keep it off. Just a change of eating. do this.

Rule No.1
Eat whatever you want, when ever you want.
just do this but dont over do it. by eating choclates all day long.

Rule No.2
Eat what you want not what you think you should.
Why you'll be saying. Your body will tell you what it wants. Like a pregnant women craves for everything throughout the 9 months because her body tells her what it needs to form a healthy baby. if you do this for 5 days your body will get to the point it will take a number of caloris each day and it will burn this much also. And the weight will come off.

Rule No.3
Eat conciously and enjoy every mouthfull.
When you eat put your knife and fork down and really taste what your eating. chew a minimum of 25 times. 33 times will activate your hunger signals and the food will be digested faster.

Rule No.4
Eat only when hungry and stop when satisfied.
now you can eat ten times a day like this but stop when satisfied. And eat when fairly hungry dont starve yourself. This is the reason why thin people never put on weight.

And now exercise.
exercise in the mornings is best. no hard ones and dont belive no pain no gain. If you feel pains stop. Your body cant take anymore. just go for a 30 min brisk walk and this will turbo charge your metabolism.

Also when you think your hungry but not sure, drink a glass of water, but if you still are after that tuck in and take the 4 rules with you.

Also everytime you go to the fridge before yu open it think why. Did you have a argument with yourself just a minute ago? Nothing like that then open it.

Every morning when you wake up still in your bed do this.
picture yourself at your ideal weight. tell your unconcious mind how much you wana lose. look at your thiner you, notice the differences, the walking, talking, everything. Then float into your thiner you and see and hear everything. this will tell your unconcious mind what you want.

"I can make you thin" Buy the book. this is all init. I lost 3 and half stones in 4 months. Unbelivable just by following these simple rules. it might not do anything for the first week or two but the third and fourth the weight will drop off turbo fast.

Listen, you said yourself that you'd "love to lose the weight." Your desire to do this is a form of motivation! You need to make this your purpose, the one thing you're going to accomplish. What you need is to believe that it can be done, because it can. You need to just get started. The hardest part is getting started! Don't make excuses any more, and take control for good. you know what foods are good, so start eating fruits, vegetables and low calorie meals..and get yourself to start exercising! this could mean walking for an hour every day... you can eventually start walking faster, then jogging...this whole thing needs to be a progression, a process, and you need to make it your passion from now on. before bed, say to yourself over and over that you'll succeed, wake up in the morning and do the same. Get Going!!!!!

Have you got some free time? Is there a hospital in your area which treats cardiac cases (heart trouble)? If so, volunteer to be an unpaid aide in that treatment area. When you see how many of those patients are having heart trouble because of their weight, it just might cause you to adopt a diet designed to save your life.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge

have somebody take a picture of you from front, back and sides in your underwear. then look at the pics. you'll never want to eat again
